„Ar continua sa atraga investitii semnificative straine si romanesti in productia dependenta de energia ieftina. Ar putea de asemenea sa faca din Romania un important exportator de energie”, a mai afirmat Mark Gitenstein.

Fostul ambasador american a catalogat compania americana Chevron drept una cu o excelenta reputatie si „un producator de energie responsabil din Romania si din alte tari”.
„Este foarte important ca Romania sa aiba o strategie energetica cuprinzatoare si bine gandita global pentru tara. Strategia trebuie sa stabileasca o abordare pas cu pas in cat de bine folosesc romanii rezervele de energie pentru TOTI romanii, nu doar pentru elite.
