Asociatia „Romania Vie” si un grup de voluntari a amplasat in Piata Universitatii, langa spitalul Coltea, un cort unde impart trecatorilor pliante cu informatii despre explorarea/exploatarea gazelor de sist si fracturarea hidraulica. Cortul este singurul de acest gen din Bucuresti si va sta in in aceasta locatie timp de trei saptamani (17 februarie-9 martie). Tot in Piata Universitatii, in fata Teatrului National, sunt zilnic cateva persoane care sustin ca fac greva foamei ca forma de protest impotriva fracking-ului in Romania.
